From the beginning, we felt like Michelle knew what we needed as first time home buyers. She had the answers for questions we didn't even know we had. We felt comfortable with her from the beginning.

Michelle was in frequent contact with us and kept us up to date on any changes during the contract and negotiation process. She also coached us on what to ask for in negotiations, and she was right on! We got everything we asked for!!

Michelle's marketing of our house was spot on. Everything from the estimated value to how she marketed was perfect for us. She communicated well and was always on top of things, especially timing of getting things taken care of or accomplished.

Michelle did a very good job handling the sale of our property and was very professional and knowledgeable. There were delays in the sale of our home which involved factors out of her control, but she used her skills, experience and available resources to full advantage to overcome whatever obstacles we faced, and she always maintained a positive and hopeful attitude. She was able to assist us with strategies that helped us save money and maximize our final sale price. We were very pleased and blessed to have Michelle as our agent.

Michelle was absolute pleasure to work with. Selling a house can be a very stressful process and she made it so easy. Always available to answer questions and always on top of things. My wife and I had a full price offer in 4 days due to Michelle’s advertising strategy.

Michelle did a great assessment of the properties selling in the area and made recommendation to make a quick sale, but not giving away too much equity.

Michelle helped make a very large project with a very specific deadline possible through her knowledge, contacts, responsiveness, and general professionalism. We were in the process of purchasing a new construction home in Northern Virginia, and Michelle was recommended to us by our realtor in that transaction. We were under a lot of pressure and a tight timeline to renovate our home, price it appropriately, list it, and complete the sale (including negotiations, inspections, and closing) before closing on the new home, which we had already purchased.

Michelle and her team managed every step of the process in a patient yet timely manner, including sitting with us to carefully consider the optimal renovations for a quick sale, talking us through the pricing strategy and renovation/listing schedule, and providing us with recommendations for contacts to help us prepare the home for sale and complete home inspection repairs while under contract.

Michelle also had the knowledge and experience necessary to advise us on varying aspects of the process that we were unfamiliar with (open house scheduling, pricing approach, post-contract negotiations, etc.), but never pressured us to do anything that we were uncomfortable with.

Thanks to Michelle's hard work, we were able to sell our home at exactly the price we needed at the exactly the right time. I would recommend Michelle to anyone who is even thinking about going through this often-stressful process as she is well-equipped to successfully manage any home sale while also helping put clients at ease at every step of the way.

My husband is in the military and she wasn't very quick to respond to everything we were concerned about. She is very thorough & doesn't rush you through homes. Michelle handled the sale of our home with great professionalism. She and Ali was able to keep our interest as well as the buyers interest during the long short sale process. They kept us in the loop through the entire process and they met the goal of selling the property. Excellent job by Michelle and Ali.

We have twice now used Michelle as our Real Estate agent. She is so knowledgable of the area and the process-- she navigates even the most trying transactions and situations with ease! I am not the easiest seller, and our transaction had it's own eye-rolling moments, but Michelle never seemed to get frazzled or stressed! She always has a solution, a guy to call, an answer-- and she calms and diffuses the situation. She was always a text or email away. She was responsive to our concerns and questions, and was always watching out for us and our interests. So thankful she was in our corner for this transaction! If I had the chance to work with Michelle a third time, I definitely would!
