I was a first-time home buyer and had no idea where to begin in the home buying process. Michelle was recommended to me by several people. I contacted her and she recommend a knowledgeable mortgage consultant so I could get pre-approved. Before the pre-approval, Michelle explained the entire process to ensure that I was truly prepared and ready to purchase a home. Michelle was available anytime I needed her. Michelle notified me when homes came on the market that fit our criteria. When we found a home that we were interested in seeing, she was able to show the home to us the same day and after normal working hours to accommodate our schedule. Michelle worked until 10:00 pm that night to ensure my offer was submitted immediately. When the general inspection report revealed items that were deficient, Michelle was able to meet with specific professionals to get more detailed inspections in the problem areas. Michelle used her experience to identify several repairs that would need to be made before the appraiser would approve the home. Michelle worked to push the seller to repair those areas so the appraisal would be a success and the deal wouldn't fall through. Michelle was able to get me a great deal on the home, even more than we expected. We will definitely contact Michelle the next time we need a realtor. I highly recommend Michelle.
