Nick was very professional and answered all our questions, Which we had many since we were first time home buyers.
We actually switched agents due to lack of communication and we were told we were not a priority with another agency. We contacted Cobb Realty and they gave us Nick. He contacted us immediately back. Even though we lived overseas he told us to call anytime. He was helpful and made us feel comfortable with our home buying experience.

Not only did Mr. Jacob's help us get a great house, he was exceptional. He maintains an optimistic outlook when faced with difficulties. He worked diligently to help us. Our case was extremely difficult but not once did he give up. He pursued total involvement in all aspects from start to finish. We were able to rely on him to do the job and he initiated solutions.
