Mi único problema, (y lo menciono aquí ya que esta es la única encuesta sobre el proceso de venta) fue con la compañía de título. Desde un principio les ofrecí todos los datos que pensé que podían necesitar y a último momento, ya casi a punto de firmar, me solicitaron un documento que pudo haber sido requerido con tiempo. También al momento de emitir el pago, la casa de título me exigió otro documento a último momento. Lamentablemente ahora no recuerdo el nombre de la casa de título, para recomendarles que la eviten.
