List prices are edging up instead of down, with a median list price of about $404,445 in February and a 1.11% monthly increase, while roughly 25% of sellers cut their asking price and homes sell for about 99% of list on average.
Homes in Fresno are taking longer to sell than they did a year ago, with a median of 52 days on market, though that figure has fallen nearly 12% just in the past month.
