9 years ago we met Paula at an open house. Not knowing any realtors in the area we asked if she would help assist us with our first home. We had no idea that it would take us as many months to find one that we loved. Paula went out of her way to show us many homes. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating to our crazy schedules. She made it happen! Fast forward 9 years to us selling our home and downsizing to another and we sought her out again. She is still as awesome as she was 9 years ago. Maybe even more! We had some challenging issues arise and she worked with all parties to help solve them. Little did we know that we would strike up the friendship that we have now.

She went above and beyond for us in every aspect during our home selling process and helped us obtain an offer and contract in only six days! From start to finish, she over-communicated, was always available for questions...all while dealing with a new/inexperienced buyer's agent. From our initial meeting with Paula to closing was less than one and a half months! She is fantastic!

Paula is incredible at her job, and an amazing person all around. Her patience and commitment to helping us find the perfect home was unmatched, and truly put to the test. We began looking for a home just as Covid was hitting, and with the uncertainty of the times, and the market, it took us an extremely long time to find and ultimately buy our home. She was always available and excited to show the countless homes we viewed, she walked us through offers, and helped keep our hopes up when we were feeling defeated by the process. When we finally found our home, we all knew it was the one, and Paula walked us through each step making it easy and seamless for us. As first time homeowners, I cannot imagine doing it without her. When you're re estate agent becomes a friend. I had lost my husband and needed to downsize my home. I had called other agents and they blew me off but Paula showed up and answered every question i had sometimes 2 and 3 times. She was there for staging, her and Kym showed up and help move furniture and clean when necessary. She was never pushy and listened to me and prayed with me and gave a hug or encouragement when needed. Paula negotiated on my behalf and sold my home in 1 WEEKEND above what we thought we would get i might add. She also called and checked on me every day and worked tirelessly to help me find another home in a really beautiful area. The day of closing she was right there as she knew that would be a hard day for me. If you are thinking of buying or selling Paula is who you need. She worked 24/7 on my behalf to get me just what i wanted and needed. I will forever be grateful to her. If I could give 100 stars I would.
