Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Pernicia was fantastic, and I highly recommend her as a realtor. It will be hard to capture the breadth and scope of the work that Pernicia endured/survived as our realtor. We had many challenges to overcome to purchase our home, and Pernicia was with us every step of the way. She is always polite, fun, knowledgeable, and professional. My wife and I attribute our success in purchasing the exact house we wanted to her extraordinary perseverance and persistence. Pernicia was patient with us, informative, consistent, and easily accessible. She stuck with us through our indecisiveness and was as fluid as we were every time we changed our minds on our preferences in a house. Most importantly, she helped us market the home that we were selling, and it sold for peak market price. She got us into the exact house we wanted at a fair market price. We are incredibly fortunate and grateful to have found Pernicia.

Pernicia is an excellent agent in Southern California and Long Beach. I should have given her a review a long time ago, but always wanted to say so much that I didn't write the review. She looks out for gotchas like any good professional should and looks ahead. Plays the fly wheel well to keep residential real estate transactions moving and not passively idle. She's diligent and open-minded and I haven't seen her use any of the more distasteful techniques real estate agents sometimes use. A standup professional whom you should seriously consider using. As for improvement or downsides I think she would be forthright on any soft area as she was with me and likely there are some regions or business sales transactions that might be a less than ideal fit. SoCal is a very large market after all. I lived in SoCal when selecting Pernicia.
