Peter Bourdeau is a very dedicated realtor to his clients. We moved to TN to start a new phase of our lives pre-retirement. Purchasing land was both a scary and exciting proposition. During the early months of our search we met many realtors in an attempt to build a connection but, although very nice, these realtors did not stick with us after first showings. Then we met Peter and we knew right away this experience would be different and we were right. Peter always responds quickly and thoroughly to every inquiry. Peter is very knowledgeable about the area and beyond. He was direct, kind and honest which was welcome when we were making rookie errors. We came to trust him implicitly which means everything when you undertake a challenge such as this. He made it clear he cared about us, not just making a sale. He is a good person and a family man who gets it. We closed on our beautiful property one year to the day after we moved here and we can’t thank Peter enough for his sage guidance!
