A life-long resident of Richmond, Phil joined one of Richmond's top teams in 2018. Earning rookie of the year and top team producer awards, Phil sold over 100 homes in less than 3 years. He has quickly become one of Richmond's go-to agents. He graduated from James Madison University and spent the first part of his career in education and church ministry. Having lived and worked all over RVA including Bon Air, Midlothian, Mechanicsville and Short Pump, Phil brings a distinct knowledge base to his clients and sells homes all over the metro area. He is a people person and has a keen eye for detail. Phil is an accomplished musician who loves to sing and plays several instruments. In his free time he enjoys hanging out with his family, running, and serving at his church. Phil lives in Glen Allen with his wife, Sandy, and their two kids, Anna and Trevor. They recently added a new family member, a goldendoodle named Jovie.
