For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $175,000 in Ashtabula County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $172,500 in January.
Roaming Shores had 1 new listings and 2 listings that went under contract in December, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 13—down 13.33% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in January.
