I am convinced that Rene Sands is the best real estate professional in our entire nation! She is thoughtful, detail-oriented, organized, and has expert negotiation skills. We purchased our home site unseen during the COVID pandemic. Most would expect that to be a nerve-wracking, stressful process. However, we didn't have a single worry at all thanks to Rene. She was so thorough in our home tour, in mediating conversations between the sellers and other professionals providing services and/or inspections for our home. She demonstrated a genuine care for our home and our family and went above and beyond to help us prepare for our new lives on the island.
