As out of towners we needed someone to work with us on a virtual/digital level. She gave us the most honest and detailed virtual tour , that sealed the deal for our dream house. She worked all hours, from morning to late nights to submit our offer, handle the inspections and everything in between. No question was a dumb one, all her answers were comforting and detailed. Long story short, she made this whole thing happen so smoothly for us 1st time home buyers and I still can't believe I'm Living in my dream home because of her hard work to make us a happy.

Honestly, at the beginning I thought a realtor wouldn't add to much value in a time where we know the home openings and lots of info. But from the start, Rosario was really responsive and we immediately felt she was in our side, providing us not only with information but with her experience and guidance about the process.
