Ryan Lawasani gave me hope after I was desperate from different brokers,
the first day I met him I gave him a time frame to find me a house because I was so tired. He promised me he would find a house at the time frame I gave him and the place I wanted, and he did in just a few weeks. No matter how much I thank him it's not enough. The best part is he answers his phone anytime I call, and I'm a first-time homeowner he taught me all the baby steps. I feel I'm a part of the family. I gave you five start.

yes, it's my pleasure to leave comments. Mr. Ryan Lawasani did an amazing job helping me to find a house after I was dispersed from other brokers. When I meet him he promised to get me a nice home and with my beget. No matter how much I thank him is not enough, I'm sure he is number one on my list to recommend him to friends and family. I think he is number in Ohio because everybody I meet it took them over a year to get a house and he did it in just a few weeks.

Ryan contacted us immediately after filling out an online form with interest in viewing a home. He was extremely nice and welcoming during that initial phone call. We met for coffee a couple days later and went over our needs/wants/ as buyers and got to know one another. After that conversation my husband and I instantly knew we wanted to work with Ryan. He is passionate about what he does, not pushy, very laid back, patient and kind. He literally held our hand through the entire process. If we wanted to see a house his answer was always "when" if we said "today", he was there. Being first time homebuyers we were clueless. Not only did he help us find our dream home (and win a bid war in a sellers market), we came out of the homebuying experience with him with a wealth of knowledge and a lifelong friend.
