Hi, I’m Shawn Watson, co-founder of The Watson & Switzer Group at RE/MAX Northwest. I proudly serve clients across the dynamic Portland–Vancouver metro area and throughout the Willamette Valley—from Salem to Eugene.

With two decades of experience and over 1,000 clients served, I bring a strong foundation in real estate, marketing, and negotiation to every transaction. I hold a master’s degree in Real Estate & Construction Management and a bachelor’s degree in Business.

Before real estate, I served in the U.S. Coast Guard and worked as a K9 officer with the New Mexico State Police. I’ve also served as a city councilor and planning commissioner—roles that deepened my commitment to community and smart growth.
