Right from the very beginning, Shawnai was extremely respectful, attentive to our needs and wants, and eager to help find us the home for us. She displayed top notch professionalism, and willingness to work around our schedules. Often times later in the days, including Sunday's, which was critical for us to see many of the homes that came our way.
