Shirley seemed confident the house could be showed and sold in a week, and that did happen, in 6 days I believe! Escrow closed two weeks later.! I wasn't sure how it would be selling a house in the time of pandemic, but it was smooth and seamless. She is very organized and clear in her communications.

There was a foundation issue with your house and Shirley worked with the foundation company and the buyers to make sure everyone understood what exactly needed to be repaired. This expedited the selling process and the new owners were in the house 5 weeks after it went on the market.
