We starting working with Toni over a year ago to find the perfect home for us. We had many requirements so it was no easy task. I can honestly say that there is no other agent we worked with that has impressed us more. She was easy to communicate with at any hour about the in's and out's of buying a loft in a big city. My husband and I worked with Toni for nearly 8 months to find our dream home in the most sought after historical district in Detroit. She was patient and understanding during a lengthy and arduous process that involved about a half dozen offers and ten times as many home visits. She did not allow us to compromise on our needs, while keeping our expectations realistic. Toni is a gem! We found her pretty randomly and totally lucked out. She took us on even though we don't have much money and were looking at some very inexpensive homes. We never felt that she worked any less hard for us than she did for her clients of multi-million dollar properties.
