Nick was an excellent listener from the very first phone meeting; he picked up on our situation and pointed out potential pitfalls, and made a plan to be sure our needs were fulfilled. When it came time to show our house, he was sensitive to our young family's schedule and still found a way to get a large number of potential buyers through the door in a short amount of time, resulting in a handful of offers our first weekend. He proved to be an excellent negotiator and we do feel we received the best price for our home, with some added bonuses. Through Escrow, Nick patiently answered all of our questions and settled any nerves. Nick is extremely hard working and because of that, becomes easy to trust. This was my first time selling a home and Nicholas Cardenas did an excellent job of getting me through the process. The buyer/seller interaction can be very stressful at time and Nick not only helped make sure that the process moved forward as quickly as possible, but also smoothed things over and helped make things less stressful for me the seller. At the time my house was put on the market, the estimate was 30 to 45 days to sell. I had an offer on the house in a week and we were able to close escrow in about 30 days despite some challenges. Nick played a key role in presenting the house in a very positive way and stirring up interest.

I would recommend Nicholas Cardenas to anyone and would definitely use his services again if needed. He is professional and friendly and knows what he is doing. He is also well-liked by others on his team which is a good indicator of his capabilities. I was also happy with the good advice he provided throughout the selling process.

This was our second time using Nick. To make a long story short the purchase of our second home was contingent on our first home selling in ten days. Not only did our house sell in 7 days, but Nick was also able to get us 20k over asking, which is unheard of in how the market was at the time. When I was getting serious about home buying, I reached out to a couple realtors. When Nick Cardenas returned my call he was friendly, had great communication to figure out what I was interested in and looking for. He was helpful with the pre-approval with the loan company and providing options when it came to buying a house. He was well Informed with the housing market at the time and provided great insight and advice, as well as what to look for when buying a house. Being a new home buyer there were a few things you can tend to overlook during the home buying process. Nick Cardenas would go out of his way to make sure everything went smooth, if I had any concerns he would answer them to the best of his ability and would provide guidance. I was always kept informed with what was going on at every point. When it came to looking at houses, he always asked questions as to what we were looking for and wanted in a house. Nick Cardenas provided house options bases on what we wanted, and did not disappoint.
