I have been working in real estate on and off for over 20 years. I moved back into full-time in 2015, and have been the top producing agent every year. I started a team of highly qualified brokers (with over 50 years of experience) to work with me on giving exceptional service to our clients.

Susan Wood is an extraordinary realtor. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and the process which goes a long way to making for a smoother house finding and buying experience.
She responds to questions lightning fast and works TIRELESSLY to get the answers for your concerns.
Susan masters an understanding of your specific tastes and needs and then patiently sends you as many listings and shows you as many houses as it takes. In that process she makes note of clogged downspouts, heating systems that are noisy, then highlights a quality finish and points out spaces that might be difficult to furnish.
She has developed trusted contacts for inspections and lenders and she makes sure that they are addressing your needs.
