Ted Moseley

I'm Ted Moseley, a U.S. Navy veteran and full-time REALTOR® based in Orlando. I specialize in the kinds of sales that make most agents nervous: estates and probate, divorce situations, out-of-state owners, inherited homes, and listings that failed with a previous agent. I also work with luxury and non-luxury residential properties.

My background in the Navy and later in engineering taught me to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and sweat the details. I bring that same mindset to every transaction—protecting my clients’ equity, keeping everyone informed, and solving problems before they blow up a deal.

I’m data-driven when it comes to pricing and strategy and very human when it comes to people. You’ll get straight talk, realistic expectations, and consistent follow-through from the first conversation to the closing table.
