Don't look for a sales pitch with Teresa, you won't get that. What you will get is superior client care throughout your transaction, whether you are buying or selling. She treats all of her clients like people and gives them the care they need when making a purchasing or selling decision. She is invested in the transaction with you and will be very honest about the good things but also about the areas she sees that have opportunities to get you the best deal. I felt strongly that it was never about one deal for her but the ongoing relationship she could create by guiding people through the process. As a result, I have recommended her to many of my close family and friends and they've been thrilled with her work. She is our go to broker for all needs and we'll continue to refer her to those that want to work with someone who will be with them through to the end.
