We are first-time home buyers and we couldn't have chosen a better realtor to work with than Tracy Hatchell. We googled, "best realtors in South Carolina for militaries" and her name just happened to be the first to appear in one of the websites. After reading her very impressive bio, we knew she was a perfect match so we started working with her from out of state, and even then, despite different time zones, she made herself available to us. We personally met her on our 3rd day in Charleston and she showed us as many houses as we wanted to see that day, plus just one more (out of her suggestion) that we actually ended up buying. If not for that last minute suggestion, we could have lost our chance on that house. But it's like she just knew, somehow. Maybe it's her many years of experience. Tracy has told me from day one she wouldn't give up on me . Last year our credit wasn't there yet . This July it was almost their and some October it was time to finally start looking . She never stoped when I emailed or called or has a question she would call and explain into detail she always answered quickly. I'm a very picky person and she sent listings everyday . She worked hard to get us every penny for every dollar of a house that we wanted . She is family for life .
