Looking to sell your property, buy a new home, or just need some expert real estate advice?

About
I have been in real estate for over 20 years in the Greater Boston area. After working with RE/MAX and Century 21 and receiving many awards, I decided to open my own company to transfer savings to my clients instead of large corporations. I possess knowledge of real estate law, marketing strategies, and, most importantly, how to sell for top dollar. Throughout my 20 years of doing what I love, I have never been sued or received complaints. I also speak Italian, and I believe I have a talent for this job. Take advantage of my experience and knowledge.

Coming from out of state we contacted Vincenzo and he helped us find our home in Newton. I truly liked his honest approach and was able to help us get in touch with a local bank. Me and wife recommend him.

As a foreigner from Italy, Vincenzo didn't only provided us with a top professional service but he could understand our needs and concerns, he went into detail on the main differences we will find on the typical American home vs the typical Italian home and help us make an educated decision. He didn't stop there, he was kind enough to share insights and give us suggestions to more easily adapt on our transition.

what can i say about Vincenzo? he sold us our home in 2004 and left such a good impression, that when we decided to sell it, we again asked him for his help. We did interview others, but he convinced us that the time was right to ask the price that we thought was too high! Well, what did we know. He was not only right on the price, but we got over the amount we listed for. As far as any issues with the sale, Vincenzo knows who to talk to and how to get things done. we have moved out of the area and will miss it, but mostly we will miss Vincenzo. Thanks again for all your help.
