A native Houstonian, Xavier was introduced to the real estate industry at an early age. His family background is in mortgage banking, serving markets throughout the Gulf region and South Texas. Mr. Saldua gained skills and knowledge in mortgage lending as a Junior Loan Processor and then became a licensed Realtor in 2010. Throughout Xavier's real estate career, he strives to provide insightful advice to his clients to help them make suitable financial decisions. Xavier relocated to San Antonio in 2019 and joined The Phyllis Browning Company. He had the privilege to serve as the Lead Agent Support Coordinator and is now the Executive Associate to a successful agent within the company to aid with their continued success. In Xavier's spare time, he enjoys long walks, trying new restaurants, and spending moments with family and friends. He is a firm believer in the saying, "To whom much is given, much is expected."
