Xavier was responsive and the ultimate professional in working with us. He patiently researched our home preferences and sent website links to homes of interest. He called us often throughout our home search process. We purchased our home without an on-site walk through, therefore we depended on Xavier’s keen sense of what we were looking for in a home. We were not disappointed in any way. The video viewing of homes he arranged and the manner he addressed all of our concerns or questions were remarkable. He located local contractors to complete modifications we needed to accommodate a person with disabilities. Xavier is the most pleasant experience we ever had with a realtor over 47 years and buying eight different homes.
