January’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $1,350,000—down 9.09% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $1,174,000 in Fremont for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $1,030,630 in February.
North Fremont had 28 new listings and 31 listings that went under contract in January, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 14—up 40.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in February.
