For comparison, metro-level data pegged home values at $1,200,000 in the Anaheim, CA metro area for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $1,196,760 in May.

Portola Hills had 14 new listings and 5 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 15—up 114.29% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.
