He guided us through it all and kept us focused on what really mattered for our family. He was always current with market trends and was able to tackle all obstacles we faced. He negotiated fiercely on our behalf and got our home 10k under asking in a market that was not slowing down. The escrow had some setbacks but Patrick was able to keep it all together.
