Lane Stone and his team are simply fabulous. We needed to purchase a home in a very short timeline. Lane moved quickly at every stage in the process. When it came time to negotiate the contract, his negotiation was outstanding. But more than that, he understands how to handle very delicate situations. From the lender to the seller’s agent to the various venders, he has impeccable people and negotiation skills. As an Asian-American, what stands out to me the most is Lane is very respectful and caring, and he is a listener. He managed my elderly parents, our feng shui desires, and he shows a commitment to partnership. It’s clear that Lane also has an outstanding team. Joanne and Philip provided support throughout our home purchase and renovation. Lane’s renovation contacts (roof, windows, floors) were extremely well priced and outstanding quality. Lane’s office sends us emails about the market and has really cool events like holiday parties and an autumn photo shoot.
