Inventory is tight, with just two active listings and months of supply up to 3.2, a notable increase from a year earlier that still aligns with a seller-leaning environment.
Sales activity has been limited, with only one home sold in the period and pending sales doubling compared with last year, suggesting some demand waiting to close. Homes are taking a median of 136 days to sell, though that is noticeably faster than a year ago, pointing to some improvement in how quickly serious buyers are committing.
