Hi, I’m Ephrem “June the REALTOR®” Malan — a San Diego native, father, entrepreneur, and full-time real estate professional committed to becoming the top agent in East County. With over 320 homes sold nationwide and more than $70 million in closed volume, I’ve spent seven years helping families, veterans, first-time buyers, and investors navigate the market with confidence. My foundation is built on God, Family, and Business, and I bring that same discipline and heart into every deal.
