For example, if she showed our property and the person was hesitant because for a reason, ie not good lighting , too big, we dont know if pamela followed up with a phone call to person or other broker to help navigate a sale. Midway had 4 new listings and 5 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 4—down 42.86% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
The median listing price for homes in Midway fell 4.07% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $377,000. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to fall.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year.
