The Villages is showing a modest seller’s market, with a market gauge of 23 out of 100. Months of supply sits at 3.4, higher than San Jose’s 2.2 months, signaling slightly more breathing room for buyers. Even so, homes are still selling, with 50 sales in the latest rolling three-month period.
