Almaden Valley currently leans toward sellers, with the market gauge signaling a seller’s market even as conditions cool compared with the past year. Months of supply has climbed to 1.7 months, up sharply from about 0.8 a year ago, yet inventory is still tighter than in San Jose overall, which sits at 2.3 months.
