July’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $571,230—up 24.18% over the previous 12 months. Coronado Island had 17 new listings and 22 listings that went under contract in July, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 33—down 13.16% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in August.
