For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $430,000 in New Smyrna Beach for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $428,750 in August.
Islesboro had 1 new listings and 5 listings that went under contract in July, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 4—down 42.86% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in August.
