In March 2026, sellers saw a median list price just under $360,000, with homes taking a median of 75 days to go under contract. Buyers faced a seller’s market, but conditions were not extreme, with about 4.3 months of supply and roughly 32 percent of listings seeing a price drop. Pending sales climbed 8.59 percent year over year, even as new listings fell nearly 10 percent, showing that motivated buyers are still active across the county.
Looking ahead to April 2026, typical home values are projected to edge up to about $354,775, and median list prices are expected to move slightly higher as well, to around $361,517, while inventory is projected to ease a bit to about 4,154 homes.
