Palolo’s rolling three-month snapshot through May 2026 points to a market in transition. Typical home values climbed sharply month over month, while the median list price moved down and active listings ticked slightly higher, suggesting shifting expectations between buyers and sellers.

Homes are now taking much longer to sell, with median days on market surging compared with both recent months and the same period last year. Months of supply has also expanded dramatically year over year, contrasting with the tighter 8.1 months of supply seen across Honolulu overall.
