Jason was proactive and understands our need. He was accommodating despite we had to be discrete and confidential about the seller’s identity. He trusted us as sincere seller though we have little information to offer. It was a trusting start.

He gave us lots of honest feedback of viewers of the house snd advise on pricing. He was not pushy. When we need to keep the furnishings when the offer from buyer included them, he worked with the buyer to maintain the offer but let us keep the furnishings. That was helpful. He gave us a timely of the process leading up to completion. When we needed to extend completion date he worked with buyer and never said no to us. That’s most helpful.
