Home values in Harris-Houston, based on a rolling three-month view through May 2026, are slightly below last year, with the typical home value around $323,000 and down about 5 percent year over year, while median list prices have fallen even more, dropping nearly 15 percent from a year ago. Compared with the broader Charlotte market, where prices are edging up, this neighborhood is seeing more downward pressure on pricing.
