For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $495,000 in Nashville for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $512,500 in November.

Haynes Area had 22 new listings and 11 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 45—down 6.25% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
