“James served as our buyer's agent and he has a wealth of knowledge and expertise about the areas in which were looking in the Richmond suburbs and we weren't at all familiar with these areas so it was inordinately helpful. He's amazingly responsive and very forthright. He's also an excellent negotiator. He will work hard for you. I highly recommend James Strum.”

“This was the second property we have both purchased and sold with Sandi Crawford as our real estate agent. Throughout all aspects of the transaction, Sandi expertly represented us and our best interests. She helped us see how undervalued the sales had been in our neighborhood and helped us sell for top of market. We receive a full list offer in under 48-hours (with 6 others as backups!) and with inspection repairs waived by the purchaser. Sandi helped us choose the perfect time to list our home when it was able to get the most recognition on the market, and showed us how we could reach our financial objectives with the sale. I would absolutely recommend Sandi Crawford to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, as she is the utmost professional in all aspects of what a real estate agent should be. She understands her numbers, understands her market, and understand her people! A+++ representation, start-to -inish!”
