Inventory in Lincolnia has expanded in this rolling three-month view, with active listings up more than 14 percent from a year ago and months of supply rising about 63 percent to 2.4 months. Even with more options, sales volume has softened, as homes sold are down roughly 6 percent year over year and new listings are essentially flat. Contract activity is holding up better, with pending sales climbing about 11 percent compared with the same period last year.
