Ahmad was a great real estate agent. He was very professional and walked me through the home buying process in a very thoughtful way. He made sure that he understood what was important to me and guided me to homes that fit. He also was extremely upfront about any issues he saw with homes and, when I found a home I was interested in, gave me a good advice on how to offer, and what was fair. I never felt pressured to buy at any point, he genuinely seemed to just want to help me find what fit.

I had a great experience working with Ahmad Zafar in both renting out my town home and looking a new rental property. From the time l contacted him, he was very professional, attentive, tried to understand my needs and goals.
Ahmad makes sure the process was smooth and stress free. He knew the right time to list the property for rent ; he had great insight on how much to price the rental. We had multiple offers in a short amount of time and about two weeks the lease was signed. Ahmad made sure the tenant completed all the requirements documents before moving in.
