Because I had it listed with a different realtor that made promises she didn't keep, communication was bad, didn't have time for my house, had bigger fish to fry as they say, but Alexandria 1st had saw it as wouldn't return call etc, she understood what I was dealing with and made sure she didn't do same, She was excellent, would definitely use her in future and recommend her to friends.
