Alina was very responsive from the day 1 of our interaction. Our deal was a small one for a coop unit, she showed us the unit and didn’t sugarcoat the caveats, nor she was insistent that We have to go through with it. We - my brother and I- created a group chat with her and she regularly updated us on the process via group chat. She was responsive to me even though I wasn’t a party of the transaction, my brother was, and I was a helper to him. She coordinates the process easily and is very easy to talk to. It’s visible that She wants to make things smooth both for buyer and seller as it can get really frustrating. We are happy to encounter such a knowledgeable and objective real estate broker and will be happy conduct business with her again.
