Andrea was the best we could have hoped for in a realtor! She helped us buy our first home and she made the process quick and easy for us. We were out of state for most of the pending period as well! A couple of years later we sold that home, after we had already moved. The house was set up as a rental that was completely furnished, and we were not able to come back to town to empty it. Andrea went above and beyond to make sure each furniture item, linen, decoration, and utensil were taken care of. Everything that did not sell she was able to donate for us. Selling a home and everything in it from another state seemed daunting to us but Andrea handled it all, taking away any stress that we may have had. My husband and I have the most trust in her, which I think is very important when you’re dealing with your largest asset. She was a blessing to work with!
