Andrew Benoit-Naquin was born and raised in Thibodaux, Louisiana. He attended Nicholls State University and earned a Bachelor’s in Finance and Accounting. His skills in finance give him a unique insight into how to negotiate, uniquely structure deals, protect clients, and market properties. Andrew entered the real estate world in order to meet new people and help people accomplish homeownership. In his first year as an agent, he won the "Rookie of the Year" award for his over $6 million in sales volume.
