During the entire process she did everything possible to help us get through one of the most stressful times in our lives. My point here is that she has a ton of information and resources available, and she is happy to share. We had a wonderful experience working with Anna this spring. When we started our home search, we reached out to several agents. Anna was the first one to call us back which set the tone for her availability and communication throughout the whole transaction. She was literally always available. We were constantly amazed that when we would text her, we received an almost immediate response. She almost always answered her phone when we called, which is no small thing considering that her phone is ringing off the hook all day. If she didn't answer she called back promptly. This was important to me because I value customer service and I feel that Anna understands what it means to be there for her customer.
We took a long time to find a house and must have looked at 30 houses. She was always accommodating with her schedule and available whenever we wanted to look.
We used a loan program that many people are not familiar with. This required that she attend a meeting to familiarize herself with the program, and she did so without hesitation. To us this signified that she was completely committed to us as clients.
I don't want to throw mud but we all know that there are a lot of real estate agents that are pretty much a waste of space. Anna is an example of someone who understands her business and can navigate the sales process skillfully. Anna is a great agent and I highly recommend her.
