We've purchased two homes with Annaliese Quisisem, one in Rohnert Park and one in Petaluma. Our second purchase was pretty stressful, but Annaliese stayed calm, professional, and straightforward the entire time. I want to share my experience with Annaliese Quisisem and the sake of my property sold Sept 2025 in Sant Rosa. She had a real job to do just to bring this on market. Although the home was only built in 2020, a rebuild after the fire of 2017, it had been vacate and uncared for since early 2021. The house needed to be cleaned out and cleaned up. I live 3 hours distant and needed someone who would do so much more than just list the property.
